Senior Fullstack Developer, Go, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior / Fullstack Developer at Mineo, you will join a vibrant team focused on advancing our AI-driven platform.

• Play a key role in crafting intelligent features, tackling intricate challenges, and enhancing algorithms that optimize talent matching and simplify recruitment for companies worldwide.

• Design and build scalable, distributed server-side software applications and microservices.

• Implement remote solutions that enable peer-to-peer communication.

• Ensure functionality across various platforms and application compatibility.

• Optimize solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Establish and improve security protocols.

• Create reusable code libraries for backend functionalities.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to fully understand end-user needs.

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and mentor development teams.

• Work with the Product Designer to conceptualize and implement product designs.

• Develop efficient and reusable front-end components and systems.

• Produce clean and maintainable code solutions.

• Enhance the speed and stability of solutions.

• Create reusable code libraries (UI-ToolKit).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or a similar role, with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.

• Strong proficiency in Go technologies, along with practical knowledge of internet technologies like TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, and XML.

• Skilled in developing single-page JavaScript applications (SPAs) utilizing modern frameworks such as React.js, Redux.js, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar technologies.

• A solid understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and service-oriented architectures, including REST and JSON.

• Proficient in HTML5/CSS3 and Object-Oriented JavaScript Frameworks, including TypeScript.
