Senior Fullstack Developer, Go, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• As a Senior / Fullstack Developer at Mineo, you will join a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing our AI-driven platform.

• Your role will involve developing intelligent features, tackling complex challenges, and refining algorithms that optimize talent matching and streamline recruitment for businesses worldwide.

• You will design and develop scalable, distributed server-side software applications and microservices.

• Implementing remote solutions to support peer-to-peer communication will also be part of your responsibilities.

• You will ensure cross-platform functionality and application compatibility.

• Optimizing solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability will be a key focus.

• You will establish and enhance security measures.

• Developing reusable code libraries for backend functionalities is essential.

• You will work closely with product and design teams to thoroughly understand end-user requirements.

• Conducting comprehensive code reviews and providing mentorship to development teams will be part of your duties.

• Collaborating with the Product Designer to conceptualize and implement product designs is expected.

• You will develop efficient and reusable front-end components and systems.

• Creating clean and maintainable code solutions will be part of your work.

• You will optimize solutions for improved speed and stability.

• Developing reusable code libraries (UI-Toolkit) will be required.

• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks will be your responsibility.

• You will actively engage in the application lifecycle management.

• Participation in Agile Scrum team activities, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stand-ups, will be crucial.

• Writing high-performance, reusable, and fully unit-tested code for both backend and frontend components is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role, with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.

• Proficient in Go technologies and have practical knowledge of internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, and XML.

• Skilled in coding single-page JavaScript applications (SPAs) utilizing modern frameworks like React.js, Redux.js, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and service-oriented architectures, including REST and JSON.

• Proficient in HTML5/CSS3 and Object-Oriented JavaScript Frameworks, including TypeScript.
