Senior Fullstack Developer, C#/.NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Set the architectural vision for products developed in Labs, guiding them from prototype phase to full production.

• Design and create production-grade workflows that are agentic, including retrieval processes, tool usage, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and safety measures.

• Serve as the senior technical authority on architectural choices that impact multiple teams.

• Establish and promote technical standards and engineering practices that resonate throughout the organization.

• Make substantial individual contributions to the SaaS product across both Azure and AWS platforms.

• Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Mentor and guide engineers while actively shaping the engineering culture.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of customer-facing applications and the agentic systems built upon them.

• Implement and uphold contemporary automated testing methodologies, including evaluations for AI components.

• Contribute to the modernization and integration of legacy systems as new integration points are established.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years in senior, lead, or principal positions.

• Deep proficiency in coding: capable of quickly understanding an unfamiliar codebase in any mainstream language and forming a well-founded opinion in days rather than weeks — viewing language as a tool rather than a defining characteristic.

• Strong working knowledge of both Azure and AWS, along with a clear understanding of the trade-offs related to container orchestration, serverless computing, messaging, identity management, and managed data storage.

• Experience with Kubernetes in a production environment.

• Solid expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Proven AI engineering expertise: has successfully delivered LLM-powered features to production; familiar with retrieval, embeddings, tool invocation, structured outputs, and balancing cost with latency.

• Experience in designing agentic workflows from start to finish, including planning, tool usage, assessment, failure-mode analysis, and human-in-the-loop; can explain when to utilize an agent versus a deterministic pipeline.

• A demonstrated history of leading architectural projects and influencing decisions across teams.

• Strong experience in technical leadership and mentoring.

• Good understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, and TDD principles; applies them appropriately.

• Comfortable becoming familiar with the current technology stack — C#/.NET for backend, Node.js/TypeScript, and Vue.js for frontend — and adapting to future technologies developed by Labs.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
