Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create modern, high-performance, and scalable web applications.

• Develop interfaces for managing agents, flows, integrations, permissions, metrics, auditing, and platform operations.

• Construct APIs, backend services, and integrate AI components, data, and infrastructure.

• Implement security measures including authentication, authorization, RBAC, audit logs, and other controls.

• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to transform journeys, prototypes, and requirements into polished features.

• Build reusable components that adhere to design system standards, accessibility, and visual consistency.

• Integrate applications with observability services, usage analytics, logs, and operational metrics.

• Engage in frontend and backend architectural decisions, focusing on performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.

• Partner with AI, Data, Machine Learning, and Platform Engineering to create comprehensive end-to-end experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with contemporary frontend technologies, ideally React, Next.js, Vue, or similar frameworks.

• Background in backend development using Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, or other comparable technologies.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, or service integrations.

• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, web security, and access control mechanisms.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Knowledge of testing, version control, CI/CD processes, and engineering best practices.

• Ability to thrive in a product-focused setting, comprehending the problem, user needs, flow, and overall impact.

• Commitment to code quality, usability, performance, and enhancing the end-user experience.

• Preferable: experience with B2B products, SaaS, internal platforms, developer tools, or complex enterprise systems.

• Understanding of AI products, agents, copilots, chat interfaces, dashboards, or configuration tools.

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, NestJS, React, Next.js, or similar stacks.

• Experience with RBAC, multi-tenancy, auditing, usage logs, and governance.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, microservices, and observability practices.

• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, integrations with AI APIs, or agentic workflows.
