Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Front End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Break down intricate problems into clear specifications that AI agents can execute, ensuring thorough human oversight of the final output.

• Create and sustain vertical slices of capability, incorporating React frontends, Node services, Prisma schemas, and AWS infrastructure.

• Take responsibility for the user experience in complex, policy-driven workflows, making sure that multi-step wizards and data-rich interfaces are user-friendly and intuitive.

• Design and uphold a React/TypeScript component library that inherently includes accessibility (Section 508/WCAG) and clear labeling as standard.

• Uphold high standards for production software through Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated continuous integration scans, and Playwright end-to-end testing.

• Function within a consistently green main branch environment, delivering small, easily reviewable changes to stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Disseminate knowledge through documentation, demonstrations, and collaborative work to enhance the team's engineering capabilities and AI guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing production web systems.

• Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

• Practical experience with AI development tools (such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar) within real-world codebases.

• Strong comprehension of cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and security fundamentals.
