Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – Backend, Java, AWS, Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create scalable backend services primarily using Java on the AWS platform.

• Deploy and manage new features effectively within production environments.

• Design high-performance data structures.

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust API services.

• Maintain quality assurance through code reviews and automated testing.

• Collaborate using Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK / CloudFormation).

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer or Senior Backend Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in Java and widely-used frameworks (Spring).

• Extensive experience with AWS services (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM).

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular).

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, monitoring/observability tools, and cloud security measures.

• Organized working style with a strong sense of ownership and high-quality standards.

• Proficiency in German at least at C1 level and good command of English.
