Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand the essential systems that drive Tesorio’s platform. You will take ownership of challenges from start to finish, deliver rapidly in a low-structure setting, and collaborate across backend, APIs, and frontend.

• Deliver **comprehensive features** that span backend, APIs, and frontend.

• Create and enhance **robust backend systems** to manage intricate financial workflows.

• Transform unclear challenges into **definitive, actionable solutions**.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to achieve **customer impact**.

• Make informed trade-offs between **speed, quality, and long-term scalability**.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing **large-scale systems** and handling **complex backend architecture** in high-caliber environments (such as scaled startups or elite engineering organizations); solid backend fundamentals (Python preferred).

• Recent experience working in **rapidly changing, low-structure teams**, with a history of delivering quickly, making decisions with limited information, and functioning with minimal processes or oversight.

• Clear accountability for significant work: you can articulate **what you created, its importance, and the impact it had**, showcasing end-to-end responsibility and strong decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in utilizing **AI tools within your development workflow**, emphasizing leverage, speed of iteration, and sound judgment over manual coding.

• Capability to work **across the entire stack**: a skilled backend engineer who can also assist with APIs, data workflows, and frontend when necessary.
