📋 Description

• Identify and implement enhancements to the codebase that facilitate rapid progress and safe deployment for both humans and AI agents.

• Collaborate with a team of senior engineers in a low-process environment that emphasizes trust and independence.

• Lead decision-making and achieve consensus asynchronously through comprehensive documentation and specifications.

• Experience in, or a strong willingness to master, distributed system development utilizing Scala.
