Senior Full Stack Java Developer, Security Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain Java-based software components

• Introduce new features and enhancements throughout the NIRIS platform

• Upgrade and modernize Java modules to the latest supported LTS versions

• Create and maintain REST integrations and data exchange interfaces

• Facilitate interoperability with external systems and NATO standards

• Enhance logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities

• Contribute to unit testing and automated testing efforts

• Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions

• Generate technical documentation and implementation artifacts

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development

• More than 3 years of Java backend development experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Angular and/or TypeScript development

• Proven experience in building RESTful services and integrations

• Familiarity with distributed systems and data-intensive applications

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments

• Experience with CI/CD environments such as GitLab

• Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing

• Strong grasp of Agile software development methodologies

• Highly desirable experience in Defence systems

• Knowledge of Tactical Data Links

• Familiarity with Link 16

• Understanding of JREAP

• Experience with OTH-Gold

• Knowledge of VMF

• Familiarity with AIS

• Experience with CESMO

• Understanding of NATO interoperability environments

• Knowledge of secure software development practices
