This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, development, and upkeep of integrations between C2 systems, communication platforms, and associated infrastructure.
• Create comprehensive full-stack solutions that encompass backend services, APIs, SDKs, and front-end interfaces to meet commercial integration requirements.
• Develop and enhance open-source SDKs, ensuring they are dependable, thoroughly documented, and user-friendly.
• Engage with and support the open-source developer community, promoting adoption, feedback, and contributions.
• Model and design high-level abstractions that facilitate interoperability among diverse systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, Autonomy, Cloud, Commercial, and customer-facing teams to provide integration solutions that align with mission objectives and client needs.
• Convert intricate customer, program, and technical specifications into scalable integration architectures.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the establishment of internal standards and best practices for integration architecture, full-stack development, and community-focused SDK development.
• Manage integrations from start to finish, including technical discovery and architecture, implementation, validation, deployment, and support.
• Over 7 years of senior-level software engineering experience, with a proven history of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Go and Python.
• Experience in full-stack development, including modern front-end frameworks like React and TypeScript, as well as backend services.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing system integrations, including APIs, SDKs, communication interfaces, or distributed software systems.
• Ability to model high-level abstractions and architect integrations across complex systems.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and containerized environments, including Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership, technical judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to secure a U.S. Government security clearance.
