Senior Full Stack Engineer – React, Python, Node.js, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a scalable multi-tenant SaaS platform that accommodates various business units and distinct workflows.

• Enhance current cloud-based applications to boost scalability, reliability, security, and ease of maintenance.

• Develop frontend applications utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Build backend services and APIs with Node.js and Python.

• Design and implement microservices that operate on AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate.

• Create reusable platform services that can be utilized across different tenant environments.

• Apply caching and performance optimization techniques using Redis.

• Design capabilities for tenant-specific and global feature deployments.

• Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to establish platform architecture and technical solutions.

• Engage in architecture reviews, code reviews, and discussions regarding technical design.

• Assist with platform observability, monitoring, production support, and initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

• Guide junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering best practices.

• Contribute to efforts surrounding cloud infrastructure and platform modernization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Extensive experience in building and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

• Proficient in frontend development with React and TypeScript.

• Strong backend development skills with Node.js and Python.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.

• Significant AWS cloud experience, including Lambda, Fargate, and other cloud-native services.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker.

• Experience in implementing Redis caching and optimizing performance strategies.

• Proven track record of enhancing application scalability, reliability, availability, and security.

• Experience in designing and supporting distributed systems.

• Background in Agile development environments.

• Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
