Senior Full Stack Engineer – React, Python, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to grasp requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

• Create and develop full-stack applications that integrate contemporary frontend technologies with Python-driven backend services.

• Craft intuitive user interfaces and deliver high-quality user experiences utilizing React, JavaScript, and HTML.

• Prototype and launch AI-driven applications utilizing large language models.

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or comparable technologies to enhance development workflows.

• Design and execute ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.

• Establish and sustain API integrations with external systems and services.

• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions throughout various projects.

• Apply secure development practices and ensure applications adhere to security best practices.

• Engage throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.

• Collaborate with engineers and the Head of AI to explore new technologies and swiftly prototype novel capabilities.

• Oversee application deployment and environments utilizing Docker-based containerization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and HTML.

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, creating intuitive and user-centric digital interfaces.

• More than 5 years of experience in developing backend services with Python.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and constructing ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.

• Over 5 years of experience in integrating applications through APIs and external services.

• Strong background in using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Codex (or similar tools like Cursor).

• At least 5 years of experience in interacting with stakeholders and converting business requirements into technical solutions.

• More than 5 years of experience working across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture and systems design.

• Over 5 years of experience in implementing secure development practices.

• At least 2 years of experience in database design and data modeling.
