Senior Full Stack Engineer, Python, React, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications utilizing Python.

• Construct, sustain, and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Collaborate on frontend development using React as needed.

• Create and implement cloud-native solutions by leveraging AWS services.

• Produce clean, maintainable, reusable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Enhance application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues effectively.

• Engage in discussions regarding software architecture and participate in technical decision-making.

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Take part in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical design sessions, and code reviews.

• Research, assess, and integrate modern frameworks, tools, and engineering best practices.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of engineering standards, platform quality, and development processes.

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer in production settings.

• Proficient backend development experience using Python.

• Experience in developing modern web applications with React.

• Practical experience with AWS.

• Familiarity with designing and developing RESTful APIs.

• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.

• Experience in creating scalable cloud-native applications.

• Solid comprehension of software architecture and design principles.

• Proficient in Git and Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Professional proficiency in English communication.
