Senior Full Stack Engineer – Merchant Success, API

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant merchant-facing features from their inception through to completion.

• Work collaboratively with product, go-to-market, and design teams to define the direction of the merchant experience.

• Engage in code reviews and technical design documentation to ensure the consistent application of best practices across relevant areas.

• Actively participate in shaping the team's architectural vision and technical roadmap.

• Promote engineering excellence by implementing best practices in testing, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level experience on a high-performing engineering team with a diverse range of technologies, showcasing increasingly impactful achievements.

• Proven experience working in a full-stack role with technologies such as Python, Django, NextJS, React, and Typescript.

• Practical experience in metrics instrumentation and data-driven performance tuning using tools like Datadog.

• Experience in designing, utilizing, and expanding backend APIs and data models.

• History of proposing improvements, conducting experiments, and iterating on existing systems.
