Senior Full Stack Engineer, Java – React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain Java-based applications utilizing Spring Boot and Spring Security.

• Collaborate with relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and enhance query performance.

• (Preferred) Experience with Camunda BPM for automating workflows.

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React) for front-end integration.

• Adopt best practices for code quality, testing (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Diagnose, debug, and improve application performance.

• Work alongside DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring tasks.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Proficiency with Hibernate/JPA for Object-Relational Mapping (ORM).

• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• (Preferred) Experience with Camunda for workflow automation.

• Practical experience with Keycloak for identity and access management.

• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
