Senior Full Stack Engineer, Growth

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement full-stack growth experiments from start to finish.

• Enhance essential metrics related to acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization.

• Work collaboratively on a daily basis with product managers, designers, and analysts.

• Evaluate experiment outcomes and quickly iterate based on the data collected.

• Contribute to the development of our experimentation platform and growth infrastructure.

• Make strategic engineering decisions focused on achieving impactful results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software experience, primarily focused on user growth (acquisition, activation, retention) or monetization.

• Strong hands-on full-stack engineering capabilities, with the proficiency to independently design, build, and implement production changes across both frontend and backend systems.

• Proven experience in executing product experiments from inception to completion.

• A data-driven mindset towards problem-solving.

• The ability to balance speed and quality effectively in a growth-oriented environment.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous problem areas where the path forward may not be clearly defined, with success assessed by outcomes rather than effort.

• A collaborative work style with the ability to partner closely with product, design, and analytics teams to achieve results.

• A willingness to both provide and receive constructive feedback within a team setting.
