Senior Full Stack Engineer, Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable full-stack applications and backend services.

• Create customer-centric features that enhance user experience and boost product adoption.

• Develop APIs, integrations, and internal tools that facilitate core business operations.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to provide high-quality solutions.

• Take ownership of projects from conception and design through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Assist in defining engineering standards, best practices, and development processes.

• Engage in code reviews and mentor fellow engineers as appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Backend-oriented Full Stack Engineer.

• Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals and system design principles.

• Significant experience in building scalable web applications and distributed systems.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and contemporary frontend frameworks like React.

• Experience in designing and developing APIs and backend services.

• Solid understanding of databases, caching, messaging systems, and cloud infrastructure.

• A product-oriented mindset with the capability to balance technical excellence with business impact.

• Comfortable in taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various functions.
