📋 Description

• Take full ownership of features from initial problem identification and technical design to implementation, launch, and ongoing operations.

• Create designs that adhere to enterprise constraints such as permissions, access control, approvals, auditing, data residency, and regional isolation.

• Analyze and address scalability and performance limitations.

• Expand the public API, Terraform provider, and configuration interfaces.

• Engage directly with customers during escalations and discovery conversations.

• Enhance observability, runbooks, on-call operations, and incident management processes.

• Foster collaboration among dependent teams to ensure alignment.

• Guide and mentor engineers, offering detailed specifications and pull-request feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software engineering, demonstrating a history of driving features from design to production.

• Proficient full stack capabilities in a statically typed backend language along with frontend development skills.

• Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, and React.

• Experience catering to enterprise customers, encompassing multi-tenancy, roles and permissions, SSO and identity management, audit logging, approval workflows, or compliance standards.

• Proven experience in addressing scalability and performance challenges.

• Background in API design.

• Comfortable communicating with customers.

• Openness to occasionally adjust work hours to collaborate with teammates and stakeholders in EMEA.

• Strong technical writing capabilities.
