Senior Full Stack Engineer, C++, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance functionalities specifically designed for enterprise clients, emphasizing scalability and user-friendliness.

• Implement and oversee user and role management systems to facilitate enterprise-level access control.

• Design, create, and sustain open APIs for smooth integration with external systems.

• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for business users.

• Enhance record creation and editing processes to boost data management efficiency.

• Work on integrating the platform with third-party applications and enterprise software solutions.

• Develop AI-powered features to streamline workflows and enrich user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.

• Uphold high standards of code quality through rigorous testing, thorough documentation, and adherence to best development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on React.

• Demonstrated expertise in C++ programming.

• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with workflow systems such as Cadence or Temporal is a notable advantage.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS.

• Proficient in Git, CI/CD practices, and automated testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and enhance complex systems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in English, with a capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• In-depth knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
