Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and resolve client escalations that exceed the capabilities of first-line support.

• Oversee the complete delivery of new features and enhancements, from gathering requirements to implementation and obtaining stakeholder feedback.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and microservices that support reporting, integrations, and core product workflows.

• Work within an established codebase, refactoring and enhancing existing components to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Serve as the R&D Owner for roadmap initiatives, leading the grooming process, defining requirements, overseeing implementation, and conducting reviews.

• Engage in code reviews, share expertise, and advocate for engineering best practices throughout the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial software engineering experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go.

• Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP, including deployment and infrastructure management.

• Capability to work independently and take charge of complex initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the skill to convert complex requirements into clear technical solutions.

• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing product and process enhancements.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English at an advanced level.

• Experience with cybersecurity, fraud prevention, detection, or other security-focused products is a plus.

• Background in large-scale, high-traffic, or performance-sensitive systems is advantageous.
