Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Examine and address client escalations that exceed first-line support capabilities.

• Facilitate the complete delivery process of new features and enhancements, from gathering requirements to implementation and obtaining stakeholder feedback.

• Design and maintain backend APIs and microservices that support reporting, integrations, and essential product workflows.

• Operate within a mature codebase, refactoring and enhancing existing components to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Serve as the R&D Owner for roadmap initiatives, leading the grooming, requirements definition, implementation, and review processes.

• Engage in code reviews, share expertise, and advocate for engineering best practices within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of commercial software engineering experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go.

• Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP, including deployment and infrastructure management.

• Capability to work autonomously and take responsibility for complex initiatives.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for converting complex requirements into straightforward technical solutions.

• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing product and process improvements.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, detection, or other security-focused products is a plus.

• Background in large-scale, high-traffic, or performance-sensitive systems.
