Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operates as an individual contributor and functions without direct supervision.

• Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in teams to design and execute intricate software applications and framework elements.

• Acts as the technical lead on development initiatives.

• Formulates development strategies for clients and outlines a multi-year approach for program development.

• Organizes and plans all necessary tasks associated with software development and implementation.

• Develops conceptual designs and drafts technical specifications based on business requirements.

• Assesses new technologies to address technical challenges.

• Guides the Developer team on Proof of Concepts utilizing innovative technologies.

• Suggests technologies and solutions to improve user experience.

• Prepares conceptual technical solutions aligned with business needs.

• Engages in application integration with third-party systems.

• Identifies security vulnerabilities and formulates corrective action plans.

• Recognizes and escalates program risks and issues to leadership, assisting in the development of solutions.

• Participates in design sessions and evaluates user requirements to determine technical specifications.

• Collaborates with the Business Analysis team to finalize system design and technical solutions.

• Creates process flows, screen designs, and storyboarding to support system architecture.

• Provides detailed component information and effort estimates to Development Principals and project managers for system enhancements.

• Engages in peer reviews of detailed designs and technical documentation.

• Conducts code reviews and recommends improvement areas to the Developer team.

• Compiles implementation checklists.

• Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of development practices to ensure high quality.

• Demonstrates advanced expertise and contributes to the Development practice by publishing technology viewpoints through the creation of white papers.

• Reads, comprehends, and adheres to all corporate policies, including those related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, combined with over 10 years of software development experience.

• Preferred experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).

• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
