Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and create intricate web applications utilizing the most advanced front-end and back-end technologies.

• Offer backend support and swiftly address bugs for daily updates, patches, and issues identified by the team.

• Be available for backend troubleshooting and prompt resolution.

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and dependable code.

• Identify and resolve technical issues.

• Integrate data storage solutions including databases and cloud storage options.

• Create and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes, including:

• Designing and constructing AI document comparison features to evaluate applications against supporting documents and receipts.

• Developing automated validation systems that highlight discrepancies for manual review while enabling matching documents to proceed automatically.

• Utilizing AI to minimize manual audit tasks and uncover automation prospects for repetitive, detailed processes.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.

• Ensure that applications fulfill performance, scalability, and security standards.

• Develop and oversee weekly plans, keep estimates updated, and ensure consistent, demonstrable progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in web application development.

• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular JS.

• Skilled in backend technologies, particularly Node.js.

• Strong expertise in AI/ML implementation and document processing.

• Experience with computer vision or document analysis technologies.

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL.

• Understanding of server-side templating languages and frameworks.

• Knowledge of cloud storage solutions (AWS or similar).

• Ability to work with the current tech stack (AWS) and a willingness to explore new, secure, and reliable technologies.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Strong listening and clarification skills to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
