Senior Full Stack Engineer, 80% React - 20% C++

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and improve features specifically designed for enterprise clients, emphasizing scalability and user-friendliness.

• Implement and oversee user and role management systems to facilitate enterprise-level access control.

• Design, create, and sustain open APIs for smooth integration with external systems.

• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for business users.

• Enhance record creation and editing functionalities to boost data management efficiency.

• Work on integrating the platform with third-party applications and enterprise software.

• Develop AI-powered features to streamline workflows and improve the user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and business goals.

• Uphold high standards of code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to best development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 6 years of software development experience, with expertise in React.

• Proven proficiency in C++.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with workflow systems such as Cadence or Temporal is a considerable advantage.

• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS.

• Proficient in Git, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to optimize complex systems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• In-depth knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
