Senior Full-Stack Developer – ShareGate Migrate, Web Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-stack features that adhere to quality, performance, and user experience standards from the initial milestones of the new web application.

• Influence the team's technical decisions (including libraries, API designs, code organization, and testing strategies) to ensure each choice enhances future delivery without adding unnecessary complexity.

• Convert user requirements into implemented experiences that address genuine problems, collaborating closely with the Product and Design teams.

• Integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) in a reliable and secure manner to ensure seamless migration and authentication processes in production.

• Proactively identify technical risks before they impede the team, and propose effective solutions to maintain continuous delivery.

• Elevate the team's technical standards through code reviews and mentoring that facilitate growth in others, rather than merely validating code.

• Become proficient in AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude and GitHub Copilot) to achieve a level of quality and output that surpasses what a solo developer could accomplish.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of experience in software development, preferably in a product-focused environment;

• Strong expertise in frontend development using React (TypeScript);

• Proficient in backend development with C# / .NET;

• Proven ability to exercise sound technical judgment within a product context;

• Experience working with product and design teams to create high-quality user experiences;

• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools in everyday software development;

• Clear and straightforward communicator capable of constructively challenging product decisions;

• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is advantageous.
