📋 Description

• Develop complete full-stack features that adhere to quality, performance, and user experience standards from the initial milestones of the new web application.

• Influence the team's technical decisions (including libraries, API structures, code organization, and testing strategies) to ensure that each choice promotes future efficiency rather than adding complexity.

• Convert user requirements into delivered experiences that effectively address genuine issues, collaborating closely with Product and Design teams.

• Seamlessly integrate Microsoft APIs (such as Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) in a reliable and secure manner to ensure smooth migration and authentication processes in production.

• Proactively identify technical risks before they impede the team's progress, presenting practical solutions that maintain momentum in delivery.

• Elevate the team's technical standards through code reviews and mentorship that foster growth in others, rather than merely validating code.

• Become proficient with AI-assisted development tools (like Claude and GitHub Copilot) to achieve a quality and output level that surpasses what an individual developer could accomplish alone.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of experience in software development.

• In-depth knowledge of frontend development using React (TypeScript).

• Competence in backend development with C# / .NET.

• Proven ability to apply strong technical judgment within a product-focused context.

• Experience working collaboratively with product and design teams to create high-quality user experiences.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools in everyday software development practices.

• Effective communicator who can constructively question product decisions.

• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a beneficial asset.
