Senior Full-Stack Developer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and create scalable applications across both frontend and backend layers.

• Develop user-friendly interfaces utilizing TypeScript, Next.js, React/Redux, and Three.js.

• Construct backend services and APIs with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

• Utilize computer science principles to enhance algorithms, data structures, networking, and database design.

• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and design teams.

• Take responsibility for technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Mentor and support fellow engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and maintaining high-quality coding standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development focused on building scalable systems.

• Strong expertise in both backend (Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS) and frontend (TypeScript, Next.js, React/Redux, Three.js) technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of algorithms, data structures, networking, and databases.

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Excellent communication skills combined with a leadership mindset.

• A proactive attitude with the capability to drive initiatives forward.

• Mentorship abilities for guiding fellow engineers.

• Outstanding attention to detail, with a focus on quality and long-term objectives.
