Senior Full Stack Developer – Elixir, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for software projects from initial scoping to the final release.

• Collaborate closely with product team members to plan tasks and facilitate discussions regarding scope and size.

• Create efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions.

• Develop software utilizing Elixir, React, and related technologies.

• Assist in defining tasks and mentor junior team members.

• Provide accurate updates on work progress.

• Lead collaboration efforts with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software.

• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues.

• Stay informed about and lead discussions on industry best practices related to design, development, unit testing, and other software engineering aspects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building modern SaaS applications.

• In-depth knowledge of Elixir/Erlang or another functional language for back-end development.

• Proficient in using TypeScript and React or similar frameworks for front-end development.

• Demonstrated experience with relational databases, including applying good design patterns and building efficient queries/data access.
