This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Revamp CRM data models and user experience: Reconfigure the management of products and pricing within opportunities to ensure scalability with a more intricate product hierarchy, while maintaining ease of use and facilitating accurate reporting and valuation, all while keeping the primary record centered on pipeline-focused summaries.
• Develop and sustain server-side logic: Create and uphold C# plug-ins and server-side rules to ensure consistent data, reliably enforce business logic, and replace outdated customizations that contradict the intended architecture.
• Manage front-end customization and form scripting: Utilize the JS Client API (or its equivalent) to provide a streamlined and user-friendly in-system experience: minimizing clutter, directing users towards appropriate workflows, and accommodating various product-entry methods (browse, SKU, figure-first).
• Implement integrations: Link the CRM with related platforms such as quoting tools, portals, and internal systems using Web API/upsert-style patterns, ensuring that pre-sales activities and opportunity data remain synchronized as the product roadmap progresses.
• Lead automation and workflow design: Create flows that reflect actual sales and quoting processes, including status transitions and handoffs that facilitate coordination with functions like inventory.
• Enforce enterprise delivery discipline: Appropriately package solutions for development, testing, and production promotion, oversee data migration and reconciliation from legacy systems, manage access and visibility of custom objects, and produce documentation suitable for support and audit purposes.
• Collaborate on governance and acceptance: Partner with internal CRM stakeholders on backlog prioritization, environment promotion, and the routine acceptance of your own contributions.
• 5-8 years of professional software development experience with a robust full stack foundation (front-end frameworks, back-end/API development, databases).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Dataverse; however, strong experience with Salesforce or Dynamics 365 in other modules (Customer Service, Field Service, model-driven apps) will be seriously considered.
• Practical experience with C#/.NET for server-side development; including plug-ins, APIs, or enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for client-side scripting and form customization (JS Client API or equivalent in your chosen CRM).
• Background in solution Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) through structured management of development, testing, and production environments, beyond just feature work.
• Comfortable taking ownership of Web API/integration tasks: upsert patterns, synchronizing data across systems, and reliably managing edge cases.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with minimal oversight, promptly addressing blockers, and engaging effectively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• *Preferred:* Experience with Power Automate or equivalent workflow automation; Conga CPQ or similar quoting tool experience; data migration and reconciliation expertise; PCF controls or custom pages.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for client communication and cross-team collaboration.
