Senior Full Stack Developer – Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop efficient, readable, maintainable, and testable client-side code utilizing TypeScript, JavaScript, and various frameworks.

• Create unit tests and occasionally perform integration and performance testing.

• Conduct code reviews for your peers.

• Tackle challenging issues while paying great attention to user experience, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, software developers, QA engineers, and technical writers to create and maintain top-notch Atlassian plugins utilized by thousands in prominent companies worldwide.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in commercial software development using TypeScript with React.

• More than 4 years of experience in server-side development for commercial web applications in Java.

• Proficient in designing APIs.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, along with a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as big-O notation, basic data structures, and algorithms.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.

• Experience in constructing complex user interfaces.

• A keen sense of usability.

• Background in performance optimization.

• Familiarity with secure coding practices and web application security fundamentals.

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, including the rationale behind technical decisions.

• Strong interpersonal skills for communication in a multicultural setting.

• Capability to work independently and remotely without extensive oversight or micromanagement, including the ability to initiate work without complete technical specifications.

• Willingness to learn and engage in productive discussions on unfamiliar topics.

• Competence in collaborating with teammates to develop technical specifications.
