Senior Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Guide the team on testing methodologies, tools, and concepts, while also engaging in refactoring and assisting the QA team in creating intricate automated test scenarios.

• Manage project implementation processes, address and resolve challenges, and take charge of team leadership during critical situations.

• Identify security vulnerabilities arising from the development lifecycle or other origins, aid in remediation efforts, and create documentation that maps the identified issues.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of architectural frameworks and practices, providing support to the architecture team in validating and designing solutions when needed.

• Keep an overarching view of the project, assisting the team in task breakdown and clarification of requirements to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Track and analyze the metrics utilized by the team, recommending adjustments to planning and alignment processes as necessary.

• Create and showcase solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean, comprehensible code.

• Ensure that the developed solution aligns with client requirements and adheres to best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in:

• - Systems development;

• - Frontend and backend design patterns and best practices;

• - Web security and performance optimization techniques;

• - Microservices development using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, as well as frontend frameworks like React and Angular; GraphQL; Flutter; Python; OpenShift; Kubernetes; Docker; Maven; and messaging queues (JMS, ActiveMQ or Kafka);

• - Advanced proficiency in front-end development with React, Angular, Node.js, and Flutter; container platforms and orchestration tools such as OpenShift and Kubernetes; and Docker;

• - Design patterns;

• - Unit testing with JUnit, log monitoring using DataDog, and experience with Git;

• - Databases: Oracle, SQL, MySQL, and Amazon Aurora;

• - Utilization of caching with Redis; knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and SCRUM methodologies.
