Senior Full-Stack Developer

📋 Description

• Engage actively in epic planning, sprint scoping, and roadmap discussions.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, including breaking down requirements with product and design until delivery.

• Collaborate with the product team to grasp product strategy and provide an engineering perspective on planning decisions.

• Work closely with engineering and ML engineering teams to comprehend data science capabilities, cloud infrastructure, and how these elements address end-user challenges.

• Manage backlog prioritization and story refinement in partnership with product and design.

• Analyze, leverage, and act upon data insights provided through instrumentation.

• Consult with product and design teams on optimal visualization and user experience.

• Facilitate collaboration both within teams and across functions.

• Balance production demands with rapid prototyping needs in a dynamic environment using agile software practices.

• Mentor and guide junior members of the product development team.

• Support the establishment of best practices while developing technical and product domain expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a full stack role, with substantial hands-on coding skills.

• Demonstrated experience in contributing to technical planning at the epic level.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, functional design, and various design principles/patterns.

• Experience in building APIs using at least one of the following technologies: Python, Javascript/Node.js, Java, and .Net.

• Proficiency in React and Typescript.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party API integrations, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Experienced with the AWS stack or a comparable cloud platform.

• Knowledge of data science or data analytics is highly advantageous.

• A practical, results-oriented mindset.

• Experience in supporting enterprise customers with tailored implementations or workflows.

• Excellent communication skills; adept at working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
