Senior Full Stack Developer

📋 Description

• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and implementation of new feature development for our Connected Health Platform.

• Share your expertise as a technical leader, mentoring and establishing best practices regarding microservices and domain-driven design (DDD).

• Tackle complex challenges by delivering innovative solutions that enable continuous learning and skill refinement.

• Influence the current and future product roadmap by facilitating discussions and aligning with key stakeholders.

• Enable the team to produce well-documented, optimized code through brainstorming sessions, collaborative tools, and code reviews.

• Advocate for a culture of best practices that ensures a high-quality, performant, and accessible web experience for our customers and patients.

• Take ownership of the operational health of the services you develop, including monitoring, incident response, ongoing improvement, and production systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in any of the following areas: Typescript/JavaScript, React, HTML5, and/or CSS3.

• 5+ years of backend development experience, demonstrating strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, along with experience in at least one additional backend runtime (Node, Python).

• Proven experience in implementing microservices and inter-service communication pipelines.

• Skilled in designing modern web APIs such as REST and/or GRPC.

• Familiarity with continuous integration practices within an agile framework.

• Proficient in code versioning and project management tools (e.g., Git and JIRA).

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in working with legacy systems while progressively modernizing them.

• Comfortable making decisions that balance speed, quality, and risk.

• Experience collaborating with QA, DevOps, and Product partners in dynamic environments.
