This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and sustain our full-stack applications within a contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript environment.
• Design and execute scalable backend services using Node.js and Nest.js.
• Develop high-performance frontend solutions utilizing React.js and Next.js.
• Architect and enhance relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MS SQL.
• Containerize and manage services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Construct and manage data pipelines, feature stores, and machine learning workflows for our agentic systems.
• Create, train, and assess machine learning models for marketing applications such as attribution, targeting, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines involving embeddings, vector stores, and re-ranking.
• Establish and maintain LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization, and systematic quality benchmarks.
• Utilize code harnesses (notably Claude Code and Codex) throughout the daily development cycle, from planning and implementation to code review.
• Work closely with the founding team to refine the product architecture of agentic systems.
• Several years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Proficient in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Nest.js.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MS SQL.
• Practical familiarity with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of REST API design and Git workflows.
• Solid Python skills, including experience with common data and ML stacks (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience managing the complete ML model lifecycle: data preparation, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of statistical fundamentals including hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time series analysis.
• Experience with modern LLM workflows, such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
• Practical experience in model evaluation, including metrics, benchmarks, A/B testing, and systematic evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC) is a plus.
• Experience with Claude Code and/or Codex is highly valued, along with a strong willingness to learn them actively.
• Proficient in German (C2) and English (at least C1).
• A genuine passion for generative AI and agentic systems.
• A builder mentality: you produce production software, rather than just prototypes.
• An analytical mindset: you make data-driven decisions and critically evaluate model behavior.
• Preferably experienced in developing custom agents, sub-agents, or specialized coding workflows (e.g., Custom Commands).
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-calling architectures.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks (Mastra, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK).
• Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA adapters, or distillation.
• Background in marketing analytics, attribution models, or performance marketing data.
• Publications, Kaggle achievements, or open-source contributions in the ML/AI domain.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Competitive salary along with an equity program (ESOP).
• Fully funded access to all essential code harnesses, LLM APIs, and developer tools (Claude Max, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• A compute budget for experiments, model training, and ML workloads.
• Modern hardware setup, including a MacBook Pro of your choice.
• Flexible working hours and options for remote work.
• Office locations in Berlin and Dubai (DIFC AI Campus).
• Steep learning curve in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native engineering.
