This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You oversee the complete monthly reporting process, which includes preparing topline performance updates and managing consolidated management P&L and Cash Flow statements.
• You direct the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring our revenue projections and cost structures are precise and based on solid evidence.
• You conduct regular data health checks between our backend systems and Looker, identifying discrepancies to guarantee that our reporting is flawless.
• You collaborate with department heads and senior management throughout the company, offering ad-hoc analysis and data-driven insights for various strategic initiatives.
• You maintain and update our financial views within LucaNet, ensuring that accounting entries are accurately reflected and that the reporting structure aligns with management requirements.
• You participate in senior leadership meetings to provide technical financial insights and respond to detailed inquiries regarding our performance and KPIs.
• You are a Senior Finance Professional with over 4 years of relevant experience.
• You possess a solid working knowledge of LucaNet and are adept at navigating the tool, managing consolidations, and modifying reporting layouts.
• You are highly skilled in Excel and have experience utilizing BI tools like Looker to analyze datasets and track business performance.
• You have a robust background in accounting or a related finance degree, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow mechanics.
• You have an exacting attention to detail and enjoy delving into data to uncover the root cause of discrepancies until the numbers align.
• You are knowledgeable about standard SaaS and subscription metrics and know how to translate these into significant reports for B2B and E-commerce contexts.
• You are fluent in English and German (both written and spoken) and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a professional, remote environment.
