Senior FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Enveda’s primary financial models, which encompass monthly forecasts, ongoing budget updates, scenario analyses, and associated reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret scientific and operational inputs into clear financial outcomes, ensuring models accurately represent business dynamics, scientific roadmaps, and operational priorities.

• Assist in the quarterly close process in close collaboration with the Accounting team, including variance analysis, accruals, and financial reviews.

• Develop and sustain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and metrics that offer insights into R&D expenditures, portfolio progress, operational efficiency, and capital distribution.

• Create high-quality presentations for Board meetings, investors, and executive leadership in partnership with the Director, VP of FP&A, and CFO.

• Discover and execute opportunities to enhance forecasting precision, streamline financial procedures, and fortify internal controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in FP&A or financial analysis positions.

• Outstanding analytical skills, proficiency in complex modeling, and the capability to clarify ambiguity into actionable insights.

• A self-driven individual contributor with strong ownership who can independently manage projects while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.

• FP&A experience preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or R&D-centric sectors, with knowledge of portfolio-driven financial dynamics.

• A genuine curiosity about the scientific and business context that informs the data — someone who actively seeks to comprehend the factors influencing the numbers.

• An effective communicator who fosters trusted relationships across both technical and non-technical teams.

• A proactive builder motivated by the creation and enhancement of processes, models, and reporting tools in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
