Senior FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Act as the lead for Financial Planning and Analysis consolidations for Products & Services as well as Data & Analytics.

• Function as an advisor and report directly to the CFO overseeing a capital and expense portfolio exceeding $1B.

• Compile the month-end financials, forecasts, multi-year plans, and budgets.

• Promote process enhancements, innovation, and the adoption of best practices in financial operations and consolidations.

• Represent the team in cross-functional initiatives and provide support for ad-hoc requests as necessary.

• Oversee and mentor an analyst while leading budgeting and forecasting within DDAT Admin.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a comparable analytical role.

• Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

• Advanced skills in MS tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong ability to build business partnerships and communicate effectively.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to succeed in a highly collaborative and intricate environment.
