This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Act as a strategic finance partner by spearheading the creation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning for essential business units.
• Construct narratives behind the numbers by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create precise, driver-based financial models that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure we remain aligned through monthly and quarterly variance analysis that showcases performance against plans, forecasts, and the previous year.
• Provide reporting through dashboards and management packages that convert complex data into significant KPIs and actionable insights.
• Impact strategy in real-time by working alongside business leaders on profitability, pricing, and cost-to-serve initiatives that directly influence growth and margins.
• Guide investment decisions through scenario modeling and valuation work (NPV, IRR, ROI), in addition to various ad hoc analyses that support strategic objectives.
• Advocate for smarter, quicker reporting by enhancing automation and optimizing the tools that fuel our finance operations (Excel, Power BI, D365, OneStream).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance within a manufacturing or industrial setting (experience in multiple businesses is advantageous).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel; experience with Power BI is preferred; familiarity with D365 and OneStream is beneficial.
• Strong skills in budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), and financial modeling.
• Understanding of US GAAP; familiarity with cost accounting concepts (standard cost, PPV, inventory, absorption) is a plus.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is essential. (Occasional travel to manufacturing sites may be necessary—excellent for gaining operational context).
