Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform intricate financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Oversee the comprehensive bottom-up budgeting process annually.

• Create and sustain advanced rolling forecasts.

• Implement detailed variance reporting by assessing monthly actuals against the budget.

• Set up and track essential business health KPIs.

• Utilize AI-driven approaches for predictive trend analysis.

• Design and manage interactive dashboards for cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.

• An MBA or relevant certification (CFA/CPA) is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a corporate FP&A setting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA and Power Query.

• Strong expertise in modern data stacks for predictive financial data science.
