Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting process, which includes monthly reports, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Collaborate with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Accounting to guarantee the precision and consistency of ARR data across various systems.

• Examine the key factors influencing ARR performance and effectively communicate trends in comparison to plans and previous periods.

• Maintain and improve ARR models and reporting tools to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation.

• Utilize NetSuite and other essential data sources to extract, validate, and reconcile financial information.

• Actively identify and address discrepancies within ARR reporting, financials, and operational metrics.

• Create and sustain comprehensive reporting packages for internal leadership, board members, and private equity partners, providing clear, actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in FP&A or financial reporting.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with PowerBI or advanced data visualization tools is preferred.

• Practical experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is preferred.
