Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead the analysis of KPIs specific to SaaS to influence business strategy.

• Develop comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership in partnership with the VP of FP&A.

• Oversee and enhance financial models to optimize forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

• Design and sustain interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI, Power Query, and Google Sheets.

• Assist the VP of FP&A in improving reporting processes.

• Work alongside senior stakeholders to deliver financial insights.

• Contribute to the implementation of finance transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role (preferably within a SaaS context).

• Proficiency in English.

• Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Business Central, Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets.

• Strong knowledge of SaaS KPIs (ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, churn rate).

• Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain relationships with senior and operational stakeholders while effectively challenging existing norms.

• Familiarity with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools and finance transformation projects is advantageous.

• Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
