📋 Description

• Takes full ownership of comprehensive analysis and reporting (including variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance metrics); ensures that results facilitate impactful business decisions across global operations.

• Actively identifies and resolves issues while spearheading small to medium-scale enhancements (such as dashboard improvements and process adjustments).

• Confidently shares insights with global stakeholders and drives cross-functional changes in a remote environment.

• Offers light mentorship to junior team members and enhances the team's knowledge repository.

• Assists with forecasting and budgeting cycles, conducts ad-hoc analyses, and identifies trends from multi-entity data.

• Exhibits increasing business acumen by transitioning from transactional tasks to analyzing and optimizing processes.

• Collaborates effectively across different time zones while treating processes as if they were their own "business unit."

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools, ERP systems, and multi-entity/international reporting is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills tailored for remote, cross-cultural global collaboration.
