Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and upkeep of EverWell's operational forecast models and annual budgets.

• Manage forecast drivers, assumptions, and tracking of run-rates.

• Aid in scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to facilitate operational decision-making by leaders.

• Prepare and execute forecast and budget loads in OneStream.

• Update and maintain the assumptions and submissions for PLP.

• Reconcile outputs from the operating model with OneStream and reporting outputs.

• Support monthly reporting, variance analysis, and insights into financial performance.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and Corporate FP&A to ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting.

• Contribute to the enhancement of forecasting, reporting, and modeling processes over time.

• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling requests across EverWell.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance roles.

• Strong capabilities in financial modeling and Excel.

• Experience in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Familiarity with financial planning or consolidation systems (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive, TM1).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail along with strong reconciliation abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Preferred experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
