Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across various functions to provide exceptional business partnership with leaders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

• Oversee monthly financial closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries (end-of-period accruals, reclass entries), generating reports, and analyzing monthly expense variances. Assist in the monthly and quarterly business review processes. Work closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate accounting treatment of transactions.

• Assist in the annual financial planning cycle and monthly forecasts, which include headcount planning; ensure that budgets align with the strategic roadmap and profitability targets. Utilize Anaplan models to enhance and automate current processes.

• Administer daily banking operations, execute global payments, and manage intercompany transaction settlements to maintain optimal cash flow and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant FP&A experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analyzing complex business scenarios by developing and refining financial models.

• A driven, self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and challenging the status quo to implement change and improve operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of confidently presenting to business partners with authority, conviction, and credibility.
