Senior Forward Deploy Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive deployment of Armada platforms, including Atlas, Galleon with AEP, and Leviathan AI Factory integrated with Bridge GPU-as-a-Service.

• Implement deployments throughout the ND8 region, covering multi-country and multi-site scenarios.

• Take charge of infrastructure setup, platform configuration, and validation of production readiness.

• Make immediate technical decisions involving hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned ND8 customers following go-live.

• Manage the technical success strategy, adoption milestones, and operational maturity roadmap.

• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with customer engineering, platform, security, and data teams.

• Lead discussions on technical governance, roadmap planning, and platform optimization.

• Establish, maintain, and actively pursue Joint Success Plans (JSPs) for each assigned customer.

• Minimize time-to-try and time-to-value by removing obstacles for workloads and expediting early production use cases.

• Ensure customer environments are stable, secure, and ready for production.

• Serve as a senior technical representative for ND8 customers, exemplifying high standards of execution and professionalism.

• Mentor junior FDEs, TAMs, and delivery engineers as the region expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, forward-deployed engineering, or technical account management roles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage both hands-on delivery and long-term technical relationships with customers.

• Extensive technical knowledge in Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated computing.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in live, production environments.

• Experience in supporting customers across various European countries.

• Willingness to travel within the ND8 region as needed.

• Clear and confident communication style tailored for executive and senior engineering audiences.
