Senior Forward Deploy Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete deployment of Armada platforms, which include Atlas, Galleon with AEP, and Leviathan AI Factory, integrated with Bridge GPU-as-a-Service.

• Implement deployments throughout the ND8 region, covering multi-country and multi-site settings.

• Take charge of infrastructure setup, platform configuration, and validation of production readiness.

• Make real-time technical decisions encompassing hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers.

• Act as the main technical liaison for designated ANZ customers after go-live.

• Manage the technical success plan, adoption milestones, and operational maturity roadmap.

• Cultivate trusted, long-lasting relationships with customer engineering, IT, platform, and security teams.

• Lead discussions on technical governance, roadmap planning, and platform optimization.

• Develop, maintain, and actively pursue Joint Success Plans (JSPs) for each assigned customer.

• Align deployment milestones, platform adoption, and operational maturity with customer business objectives.

• Utilize the Joint Success Plan as the primary framework for prioritization, execution, risk management, and value tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, forward-deployed engineering, or technical account roles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage both hands-on delivery and long-lasting customer technical relationships.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge in Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated computing.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities in live, production environments.

• Experience providing support to enterprise customers in Australia and/or New Zealand.

• Willingness to travel across ANZ as necessary.

• Clear and confident communication style tailored for executive and senior engineering stakeholders.
