Senior Food Regulatory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You evaluate our products for marketability and ensure compliance with regulations in the EU and the USA.

• You analyze product descriptions and marketing materials to ensure adherence to food legislation.

• You collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Support during the product conception, development, and launch phases concerning food law-related matters.

• You keep track of changes in food legislation and implement appropriate actions for the impacted areas.

• You address regulatory objections and manage official inquiries.

• You oversee product notifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in food chemistry, food technology, pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• You have 2–3 years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally within the food industry or a similar field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements).

• You have comprehensive knowledge of relevant national and international laws, guidelines, and regulations (EU & USA) pertaining to food and dietary supplements.

• You are skilled in assessing product specifications and labeling, along with a fundamental understanding of food ingredients.

• You are an effective communicator and a collaborative team member.

• You are capable of working independently in an organized manner and managing your workload efficiently.

• You possess excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• You have advanced skills in MS Office applications.
