Senior Financial Specialist – External Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensure the precision, clarity, and uniformity of financial operations throughout the organization by upholding trustworthy bookkeeping records and facilitating seamless document workflows within our internal management system.

• Act as a crucial liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders — including accountants, auditors, tax consultants, and the ERP development team — to guarantee that financial data is accurately documented, tax responsibilities are fulfilled across various jurisdictions, and system processes adapt to operational requirements.

• Play a vital role in maintaining financial compliance, enhancing cash flow management, and delivering timely financial insights that aid in operational and strategic decision-making.

• Conduct accounting/bookkeeping in our internally developed management system (based on 1C).

• Support the workflow of primary documents (contracts, invoices, bank statements, etc.).

• Collaborate with the ERP development team: setting tasks, detailing requirements, and overseeing coordination and control.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with external outsourced accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.

• Ensure tax compliance across different jurisdictions.

• Manage workflow and payment processes.

• Oversee cash flow management.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Accountant.

• Proficient in interpreting financial reports.

• Fluent in English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate level).

• Strong Excel skills.

• Proficient in 1C.

• Highly organized, multitasking, and excellent communicator.

• Nice to have: ACCA DipIFR qualification.
