Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to provide insights into business performance.

• Coordinate and develop the Budget and Forecast for the legal entity / upload into SAC.

• Prepare monthly status reports.

• Create presentations to illustrate the financial progress of the company / business units.

• Prepare cash flow statements for each legal entity.

• Conduct variance analysis against the Budget (in-depth analysis and seek explanations with team members).

• Perform margin analysis (financial / profitability analysis).

• Execute financial analysis: Costs, expenses, freight, NWC.

• Enhance the financial analysis process: Initiatives and implementation of value-added reports.

• Provide backup for CAPEX information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.

• Solid experience in finance/accounting/business reporting/cost analysis/IFRS.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in large manufacturing companies.

• Proficient in data entry, with strong knowledge of Excel.

• Experience in accounting and finance.

• Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Intellectually curious individual capable of supporting analytical reasoning with data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage complex issues with multiple initiatives.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing business environment, including working under pressure.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

• Executive communication skills (written and verbal).

• Capability to collaborate with teams located in global time zones.

• Proficiency in key MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, CFIN, and Power BI is preferred.
