Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of certain aspects of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning process.

• Create financial models that enhance visibility into company performance and future investment choices.

• Evaluate monthly results, identify key business drivers, and convey actionable insights to leadership.

• Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure precise reporting and alignment between actuals, forecasts, and KPIs.

• Enhance and automate planning workflows by utilizing AI, modern financial tools, and scalable processes.

• Discover opportunities to eliminate manual reporting through automation and self-service analytics.

• Assist in the development of executive reporting and dashboards that facilitate improved decision-making throughout the organization.

• Support the creation of board materials, leadership presentations, and strategic planning initiatives.

• Engage with R&D, G&A, and Operations to comprehend business performance and financial implications.

• Become a reliable finance partner who can simplify complex business inquiries into clear financial recommendations.

• Aid in establishing consistent planning practices as Dutchie continues to grow.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, including experience in building dynamic forecasting models.

• Preferred experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.

• Strong analytical curiosity and comfort in navigating ambiguity.

• Experience in leveraging AI tools to automate analyses, enhance workflows, and boost productivity.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
